LVT floor extrusion line

LVT（Luxury Vinyl Tile）Stone plastic floor is another name of PVC sheet floor.

In 2013, annuity weir successfully developed the LVT floor extrusion fitting production line, and realized the one-time fitting of the veneer material on the WPC floor, improving the efficiency of the production line and stabilizing the quality. It is exported to Belgium and some European and American countries. LVT flooring is widely used in various fields of home decoration and commerce because of its rich patterns and colors.

LVT floor extrusion production process: PVC, calcium powder, plasticizer and other raw materials are fully mixed by the high-speed mixing unit, and then sent to the conical double extruder by the screw conveyor. With the T-shaped die, the base material is extruded, and the wear-resistant layer and printing layer are piecewise bonded to obtain products of the specified thickness. The extrusion bonding production process can replace the traditional calendering, lamination and other complex processes, with simple operation, low investment cost, reduced labor intensity of workers, and clean workshop environment, The whole line adopts optical sensor detection and alarm, with a high degree of automation.
