XPS extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS) production line is generally divided into carbon dioxide foaming and Freon foaming. Jinweil's complete production line of carbon dioxide foaming XPS extruded board is 100% carbon dioxide foaming. "CO2 combined foaming agent" is completely used to replace the "fluorine series" foaming agent, which greatly reduces the production cost of XPS extruded board, and CO2 as a foaming agent is more environmentally friendly and more conducive to sustainable development. The production line of this technology runs fast and smoothly. The width of XPS extruded board produced is 600mm-1200mm, and the thickness is in the range of 20-60mm. The average density is between 30-45kg/m3, and its homogeneous closed cell foam structure makes the produced plates have good stability, high compressive strength, and low water absorption. The advantage of XPS extruded board production line with CO2 foaming technology is that it adopts the company's patented two-stage carbon dioxide foaming agent injection system to ensure that carbon dioxide is accurately and quantitatively transported to the extruder system, thus ensuring the smooth operation of the whole production line. Jinweier XPS equipment has two types: single screw series extruder and co rotating horizontal double series screw extruder, with specifications of φ 135/ φ 150 single screw extruder series and φ 75/ φ 150 same direction horizontal double series single screw extruder, max. done φ 95/ φ The co rotating twin-screw extruder can process ingredients composed of multiple components due to its excellent mixing efficiency. Plate forming is formed by vacuum negative pressure. The vacuum forming unit newly developed by jinweil can reduce the proportion of products and reduce the production cost of products on the premise of ensuring the quality of plates. Our company can switch between carbon dioxide foaming and Freon foaming, and the technology is mature. It can also be used to retrofit Freon equipment with carbon dioxide foaming device.

At present, freon is mostly used as foaming agent for insulation boards on the market, and Freon can cause fatal damage to the ozone layer. XPS extruded polystyrene foam board (XPS for short) has a perfect closed cell honeycomb structure and is recognized as a high-quality thermal insulation material in the market at present. It takes recycled EPS polystyrene board granulation as the main raw material. The die is extruded, foamed, shaped, pulled and cut to complete the product production process. Its density, water absorption, thermal conductivity and steam permeability are lower than other types of plate-shaped thermal insulation materials. Therefore, it has the characteristics of good strength, light weight, airtight, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and low price. Performance characteristics:

1. Thermal insulation

It has the characteristics of high thermal resistance, low linearity and low expansion ratio. The closed cell rate of its structure reaches more than 99%, forming a vacuum layer, avoiding air flow and heat dissipation, and ensuring the durability and stability of its thermal insulation performance. Compared with the closed cell rate of 80% of foamed polyurethane, its leading advantage is self-evident. Practice has proved that the insulation effect of 20mm thick XPS extruded insulation board is equivalent to 50mm thick expanded polystyrene and 120mm thick cement perlite. Therefore, this material is an ideal choice for building insulation at present.

2. High strength compression

Due to the special structure of XPS board, its compressive strength is very high and its impact resistance is very strong. According to the different types and thickness of XPS, its compressive strength reaches more than 150 ~ 500kPa, and it can bear the ground load of various systems. It is widely used in Geothermal Engineering, expressway, airport runway, square ground, large cold storage, interior decoration and insulation and other fields.

3. Hydrophobic and moisture-proof

Water absorption is an important parameter to measure thermal insulation materials. After absorbing water, the thermal insulation performance of the thermal insulation material decreases. At low temperature, the absorbed water is very easy to freeze, which destroys the structure of the thermal insulation material, thus reducing the compression resistance and thermal insulation performance of the plate. Because the molecular structure of polystyrene itself does not absorb water, the molecular structure of the plate is stable and has no gap, which solves the problems of water leakage, penetration, frosting, condensation and so on of other materials.

4. Light texture, easy to use

The fully closed cell foaming chemical structure and honeycomb physical structure of XPS board make it light and high-strength, easy to cut and transport, not easy to damage and easy to install.

5. Good stability and corrosion resistance

In long-term use, it does not age, decompose or produce harmful substances. Its chemical properties are extremely stable, and it will not degrade due to water absorption and corrosion, which will reduce its performance. It can still maintain its superior performance in high-temperature environment. According to relevant data, XPS extruded temperature plate can maintain excellent performance even if it is used for 30 ~ 40 years, without decomposition or mildew, and no volatilization of toxic substances.
